The Valeberg group of companies is committed to delivering a quality product and or professional service to all our customers. To enable us to do this and to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations which have come into effect, we are required to inform you of what data we hold appertaining to you, your Company or Organisation and how we use such information. Valeberg is registered under the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2018.

At Valeberg we are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when visiting our site or communicating electronically with us. This Privacy Policy, together with our Website Terms and Conditions, provides an explanation as to what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you. Information We Collect

In operating our website we may collect and process the following data about you: Details of your visits to our website and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data. This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
